Refund policy
At Chère Maison, each piece is crafted with care to bring warmth and beauty into your home. Because our candles and home goods are handcrafted, slight variations may occur and are part of what makes every item unique.
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged. To request a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at customerservice@cheremaison.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Once approved, you may return the item in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items listed as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damage.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment once the item is received and inspected.
